Copyright infringement notices

If you believe copyrighted material is being infringed through content under our control, send a written notice to support@mariniosiptv.services containing:

• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL or other information needed to locate the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required by applicable law. We may forward valid counter-notices to the reporting party and restore material where legally appropriate.

Repeat infringement

We may suspend or terminate access for repeat or serious violations of these requirements.
